We work together with importers that support the sustainability of coffee farms and the livelihood of the farmers. Typically coffee comes from a co-operative of small farmers working together. In some cases our coffee can even be traced down to subplot on a single farm. All our coffees specialty graded.

We roast to order, which ensures we never have bags waiting on the shelf. Fresh roasted quality coffee is our standard and we cup our coffee regularly for quality control. For subscription we roast in advance to allow degassing of the coffee, so when it arrives it is ready for peak brewing.
