With the Roaster’s Choice subscription we hand-select a seasonal, rotating coffee from our current inventory that matches the specific quality and complexity level of your chosen collection (curated being our largest collection), ensuring you receive a varied experience of our freshest roasts without having to choose the origin yourself.

Essential

The Essential collection is designed for the dedicated daily drinker who refuses to compromise on quality. These are our "workhorse" coffees—clean, balanced, and incredibly reliable. Expect high-quality, single-origin beans or refined blends that provide a consistent, comforting cup every single morning. This is specialty coffee made accessible.

Curated

Our Curated tier is our largest and most varied collection suited for those who view coffee as an exploration. We step outside the traditional profile to source small batches from a variety of origins with distinct "personality". Think vibrant acidity, unique floral notes, or experimental processing. The Reserve tier features exclusive micro-lots that represent the top crop of our roasting output. These coffees are sourced from specific farm plots and produced in very limited quantities. With complex flavor profiles and high cupping scores, these bags are for the enthusiast looking for a sophisticated, "slow-bar" experience.

The Elite tier is a rare opportunity to taste something special. These are nano-lots, competition-grade beans, and award-winning varietals like Geshas or rare Anaerobics. Because of the extreme scarcity and labor-intensive harvesting involved, these offerings are our most fleeting and unforgettable experiences. Often in very Limited supply.
