Shipping policy

ROASTERY PICKUPS
Roastery pickups are only available for roasted coffees. All our other products, such as equipment and lifestyle products are via shipment only.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer a flat shipping fee of $5.50 on most shipments.  Deliveries depend on the order date, roastery availability, and delivery speed. We ship using USPS standard which takes about 3 - 4 business days. Shipments are sent out according to your schedule as listed in your account settings. We do not offer international shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping during certain promotions as listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our shipping policy at any time but will inform you in case this affects your account, so you can make changes accordingly. Subscriptions ship for free, always.
