The Reserve Collection features exclusive micro-lots that represent the top 5% of our roasting output. These coffees are sourced from specific farm plots and produced in very limited quantities. Each coffee is roasted to order. We do all our roasting on Saturdays. Orders will ship after in 1-2 business days.
