Farmlevel Story
Finca Fatima
A Family Legacy in Every Cup
Finca Fatima is a special piece of coffee history from Veracruz, Mexico, cared for by the Perez family for nearly a hundred years. What makes this coffee a standout is that the farmers, Ernesto and Givette, are coffee roasters themselves. They don’t just grow the beans; they understand exactly how they should taste in your mug. This "seed-to-cup" approach means they put extra care into every step, resulting in a high-quality coffee that is as easy to drink as it is impressive.
The Sweet Side of Mexico
While many coffees are washed clean after harvest, these beans are dried inside the coffee fruit (the "Natural" process). This allows the bean to soak up all the natural sugars from the cherry, giving your morning brew a boost of sweetness. It’s a great choice if you’re looking to try something a bit more adventurous—offering a smooth, jammy body and a refreshing fruitiness that sets it apart from your everyday roast.
