Behind the Cup

This Pulp Natural Brazil coffee has a nice sweetness with aromas reminiscent of pancakes, roasted nuts, and cinnamon. It surprises with its pronounced sweetness, accompanied by a welcomed acidity and flavors of rustic sugars, and cocoa. Its round body makes it great for espresso, but it is equally good for brewing other methods as well.

Wania Maria, a third-generation coffee farmer, oversees the operations of Delta Farm situated in Santa Rita do Sapucai. Nestled within the low-sloping mountains of the Mantiqueira Range, this region benefits from modest altitudes and diverse microclimates. Due to its incline, Delta Farm necessitates manual harvesting, allowing pickers to select only ripe cherries, enhancing sweetness and minimizing defects during processing. This results in a clean, crowd-pleasing brew.
