Finca Las Flores started as an 18,000-tree farm that eventually expanded into a sprawling 90,000-tree estate. In 2006, the Ayure family took a leap into the realm of specialty coffee by participating in the renowned Cup of Excellence competition. Since then, they have dedicated themselves to enhancing and distinguishing their green coffee offerings.

Situated in the city of Acevedo within the Huila region at 1,750 meters above sea level, Finca Las Flores is known for its calculated risk-taking and the subsequent rewards it reaps. The estate tirelessly researches and experiments with various coffee varietals and processing methods.
