We are proud to bring this limited offering of La Bastilla's Honey Gesha. Grown in Nicaragua’s Jinotega region, this Gesha coffee originates from the La Bastilla estate. This Gesha comes from a honey-processed micro-lot, where ripe red coffee cherries are carefully selected before undergoing its drying process. Gesha is a prized cultivar renowned for its flavor. Commonly named Gesha, after an Ethiopian town, this rare coffee variety is also referred to as Geisha.
Situated in Jinotega, Finca La Bastilla is Rainforest Alliance-certified, embracing lush surroundings and volcanic soils. With over 150 micro-farms, the estate allows each coffee to express its potential based on microclimates, variety, and altitude.
